About Diane Donohue, RN, MHA, CCDS
Diane Donohue, RN, MHA, CCDS, Clinical Customer Success Manager, brings over 20 years of management experience to the team, most recently serving as Corporate Manager over two hospitals for University of Florida – Central Florida where she focused on clinical documentation integrity. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to quality and improving patient care, both as a hospital leader and as a bedside nurse in orthopedics, the emergency room, and ICU. Diane’s role provides clinical guidance, training, and support for clients to help them implement efficiencies in medical records processes and ensure their needs are met. She also leads clinical education for the eHealth Technologies’ operational team. Diane attended SUNY Buffalo State College where she obtained a B.S. in Criminalistics (Forensic Science). She later went on to obtain a Registered Nursing degree and then a Master's of Health care Administration.
