eHealth Technologies Appoints Bhatia as Chief Operating Officer

Rochester, N.Y., November 12, 2020—Shiv Bhatia has joined eHealth Technologies as its chief operating officer. He brings two decades of experience driving client satisfaction and business growth within culturally diverse, global environments. Most recently, he was VP of Operations and Professional Services at a healthcare payment integrity company.

At eHealth Technologies, Bhatia oversees the operations team and guides business strategies and operating plans. In his role, he provides new insights into process and quality improvement, customer satisfaction improvement, business transformation and growth initiatives.

He has held leadership positions in operations & business development at multiple healthcare services and software solutions companies. During this period, he managed client related growth for large national health plans. Prior to entering the corporate sector, Bhatia served in the military, retiring as Major.

He holds an MBA in Healthcare Management, and MS in Strategic Studies & International Operations, an MS in Military Science and Technology and a BS in Physics and Math. Bhatia is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an AHIP Managed Healthcare Professional.
