Rochester, N.Y., April 6, 2016 – eHealth Technologies, the leading provider of clinically informed referral solutions, is proud to announce that Scott Mulcahy, Chief Financial Officer, has been named a finalist in the Rochester Area’s Ninth Annual Financial Executive of the Year Awards. Mr. Mulcahy is one of three finalists in the Small for Profit business category. Finalists will be honored and winners announced at a luncheon on Thursday, May 19th at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
The awards program was created by the Rochester Chapter of Financial Executives International and the Rochester Business Journal to honor the outstanding work accomplished by financial officers in our community. The panel was impressed with Mr. Mulcahy’s outstanding contributions to eHealth Technologies and the Greater Rochester community.

In 2012, Mr. Mulcahy joined eHealth Technologies as the Chief Financial Officer. Completely revamping the finance department, implementing processes that resulted in dramatic improvements in efficiencies, driving investments and financial activities that have supported the financial health of the company, strategic contributions to the executive team, and significant involvement with the Human Resources department are just a few of his many contributions.
Mr. Mulcahy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John Fischer College and is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Scott has also worked closely with non-for-profit organizations such as the Webster Montessori School, where he held the position of Board of Trustees President and Finance and Audit Committee Chairman.
