Rochester, NY—January 27, 2020—eHealth Technologies announces the appointment of Liz Butt to its executive leadership team as director of customer success. Butt has been with eHealth Technologies in customer service, operations and employee engagement roles since 2011. In her new position, she oversees the onboarding, training and satisfaction of new accounts, monitoring usage and turnaround times and maintaining close relationships with customers.
“It’s important that we understand our customer’s needs, volumes, expectations, and goals upfront so that we can make the most impact for them and their patients,” says Butt. “Seeing customers benefit from their partnership with eHealth Technologies is very rewarding.”
When Butt started at eHealth, the company employed about 40 people. Over the years, she has been recognized for instituting an employee mentor program and developing tools to help new employees acclimate. Today, the company has 300 employees. “I’ve been able to grow alongside eHealth and contribute to its success,” says Butt.
Butt’s professional experiences help bring a workflow perspective to every project, achieving realistic and sustainable results. In addition to problem-solving expertise, she is forward thinking and proactively seeks new ways to create positive customer experiences.
Butt is a sports enthusiast who enjoys running, mixed martial arts work outs and soccer. She resides in Irondequoit and serves as vice chair on the Junior Board of Young Professionals for the Society for the Protection and Care of Children. She graduated from Iona College with a dual major in speech communications and psychology.
