eHealth Technologies works with customers to expand understanding of their referral data
Rochester, N.Y., March 24, 2015 – eHealth Technologies, the industry-leading provider of continuity of care solutions, has added new functionality to the eHealth Connect® Referral Pathways product suite to meet customers’ demand for information about their referral business.
Using eHealth Connect® Insight, an interactive analytics dashboard, customers will be able to actively manage their referral network. Customers will be able to define alerts and receive notifications of any significant changes in their referral volume. The dashboard provides an effortless approach for customers to plan and target their growth initiatives thus maximizing their available physician outreach resources.
“Having visibility to the location and volume by department of their referring physician network is key to our customers’ success. This information will help our customers nurture the relationships with their top referring physicians and work on developing relationships with new or low volume referrers.” said Dr. Chad Malone, eHealth Technologies’ Chief Strategy Officer. “Every customer has untapped potential to grow and expand their business and we want to assist them in achieving this goal while continuing to provide exceptional care to their patients.”
eHealth Technologies is constantly adding new features to their product suite to help facilities streamline their care coordination efforts.
