He brings over 25 years of leadership experience to the chief executive officer role. A highly accomplished, strategic, and results-driven health care technology business leader, Dan has earned an esteemed reputation for successfully building high-performance cultures for growing companies, while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies, Dan served as the chief operating officer for ConnectiveRx in Pittsburgh, where he led the operations and technology teams to simplify the prescription process for specialty medication to ensure that patients receive the life-saving therapies they need as quickly as possible. He previously served as chief operating officer of CMMI Institute, a spin-off of Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute, where he partnered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Medical Device Innovation Consortium to help elevate the entire medical device industry with a focus on improving device quality to save lives. While at the CMMI Institute, he also partnered with U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) to improve data management of patient data demographic information to ensure the right patient receives the right treatment.
Jeff Markin
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff brings extensive experience in health care and general business management. In the 26 years he spent at Eastman Kodak, he held positions in manufacturing, R&D, product-line management, regional general management and divisional general management, including leading Eastman Kodak’s healthcare information technology group as a corporate officer.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies, Jeff was a Vice President and COO of Bio-Optronics a leading Healthcare Information technology company focused specifically on workflow optimization. His responsibilities included building the support and services team as well as directing the roadmap and commercialization of their flagship CTMS product. He also served as the President and CEO of the Rochester-based imaging Contract Research Organization (CRO), VirtualScopics, for eight years, where he guided the company through significant growth in revenue and profitability.
Jeff is a member of the Deans Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and the Chairman’s Advisory Board for the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his MBA from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid runner.
Michael A. Sciortino, Esq.
Chief General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer
Michael assists eHealth Technologies with its general corporate legal matters, contract negotiations, and ensuring its compliance with federal and state health privacy and security laws. Michael is also in private practice as a trial lawyer and has represented individuals with personal injuries, labor or employment disputes, business entities in health care law, commercial and corporate litigation, municipalities, and criminal defense, all in state and federal court. In addition, Michael is currently a judge of the Parma Town Court in Monroe County, an acting city court judge in Rochester City Court, a judge in Rochester Teen Court and is currently a trustee and past-president of the Monroe County Magistrates Association. Michael is also an arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau where he assists in the resolution of commercial disputes between businesses and consumers.
Amy Halter
Vice President of Human Resources
Amy Halter is a high-performing, collaborative human resources leader, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in driving strategic initiatives in a growing global technology organization.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies, Amy served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Accion Labs, a global technology services firm with specialized focus on servicing enterprise and technology firms in emerging technologies such as Web 2.0, SAAS, Cloud, etc. She spent a decade there where she built a human resources program from the ground up and collaborated with operations to effectively grow the organization into new office locations globally.
Amy has a true passion for people and a deep appreciation for working with global teams. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing best practices for global team members to collaborate effectively.
Amy has a master’s degree in human resources and employee relations from Penn State University. She resides in Pittsburgh with her family.
Chris Coleman
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Chris is an accomplished industry veteran with over 25 years of Provider, Payer and Life Sciences Healthcare Technology market success. He has served in various escalating levels of leadership over his career and today, leads the Sales and Marketing teams at eHealth Technologies. Chris is a member of the executive leadership team and has direct responsibilities for setting and delivering the sales and marketing strategy, direction and execution.
Chris brings a valuable blend of healthcare technology expertise which Chris relies on to support the growth initiatives that have been set.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies 2.5 years ago, Chris worked at emids as Vice President of Provider Solutions where he led Provider Market Sales in support of the company’s “Big Data”/Digital Transformation Initiatives. Chris also successfully served as Vice President of Sales at M*Modal, running all aspects of Sales and Customer Success for the western half of the United States for over 6.5 years. In addition, Chris has spent time with Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences, Insight One, Creative Computer Applications and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Chris is also a proud US Veteran.
Liz Butt
Vice President of Customer Success Management
Liz has dedicated her career to creating successful outcomes for both customers and employees at eHealth Technologies. Beginning as a Customer Support specialist in Operations in 2011, Liz understands the growing and ever-changing needs of eHealth Technologies’ closest partners and is able to troubleshoot to implement solutions that achieve the highest level of satisfaction. Liz previously held positions as an Operations Team Leader, Director of Employee Engagement, and Customer Success Manager at eHealth Technologies. She brings a workflow perspective to every project, helping to achieve realistic and sustainable results. In addition to problem-solving expertise, Liz is forward-thinking and proactively seeks new ways to create positive customer experiences. Liz resides in Irondequoit and serves as Vice-Chair on the Junior Board of Young Professionals for the Society for the Protection and Care of Children.
Matthew Hanley
Senior Vice President of Finance
Matt joined eHealth Technologies in July 2019 as Controller and is responsible for all finance and accounting operations. Matt has more than a decade of experience in both accounting and financial planning and analysis having held roles of increasing responsibility at global, multi-business corporations including Carestream Health and Novanta. In these roles, Matt worked with senior leadership to analyze financial risks and opportunities and use these indicators to drive improved business performance. Prior to Matt’s corporate experience, he was at DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, where he served as an Assurance Manager for large and mid-sized private companies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from SUNY Brockport and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Anurag Sinha
Vice President of Product Management
Anurag is an accomplished industry veteran and is responsible for the product management at eHealth Technologies to develop and launch innovative solutions to improve clinician and patient experience and outcomes.
Anurag has more than 25 years of product and technology leadership experience and brings healthcare provider and payor expertise to his role. His broad healthcare and technology experience includes leadership roles in product ideation, innovation and launches in EMR, employer and population health, data and analytics, AI and SaaS.
Prior to joining eHealth Technologies in 2023, Anurag worked at NAVEX, the global leader in risk and compliance software, where he was Vice President of Product. He led Provider AI solution portfolio at Nuance (now part of Microsoft) and spent nine years at Cerner Corporation (now part of Oracle) where he quickly rose up the ranks taking on critical roles and responsibilities in strategy, operations, product management, software development, and sales.
Anurag holds an MBA degree from Univ. Of Michigan, and undergrad degree in Computer Science from BITS, Ranchi-India.
Sean Ways
Vice President of Engineering
Sean brings more than 25 years of experience to this role, and a strong background in programming and cybersecurity in health care and other industries. Most recently, Sean served as the software engineering lead for ISACA, following its purchase of CMMI, a spin-off of Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute, where he is credited with modernizing the technical systems and infrastructure. Highlights from his tenure include a successful boutique software development engagement with the FDA to build a continuous improvement model and the supporting technology for medical device development. Under his leadership, several commercial SaaS products were launched, which continue to perform well in the market today.
Kelly Sitton
Vice President of Operations
Kelly began her journey at eHealth Technologies as a Customer Support Specialist in 2015 and quickly advanced in her career, serving previously as a Director of Medical Fulfillment, Regional Director, Senior Regional Team Leader, and a Regional Team Leader. Her years of experience at the organization has shaped not only her vast knowledge of the health care industry, but her love of helping others and making a positive impact on cancer patients across the country. To Kelly, leadership means “bringing others up around you, helping them learn and grow, and putting trust and respect in your colleagues.”
In her spare time, Kelly likes to support the philanthropic efforts of the eHealth Technologies Cares Team and spend time with family.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in health and wellness from Mars Hill University.
Mirza Baig is the founding Partner of ACP. As a serial entrepreneur and investor in health care and technology, he has been involved in scaling operations and growing sales to build large businesses that have enjoyed successful outcomes.
As a co-founder of Imaging Advantage, Legal Advantage and Tech Fetch, he built these companies from zero revenues and sub-10 employees to well over $100mm in revenues, and over five hundred employees globally.
Matt Lowen
Vice President, Aldrich Capital Partners
Matt Lowen is a Vice President on the investment team at Aldrich Capital Partners (“ACP”) and joined the firm in 2017.
At ACP, Matt focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting existing portfolio companies, with a specific focus on the Healthcare IT sector.
Matt is a graduate of the Engineering School at the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering with concentrations in software and technology entrepreneurship.
Dave Beaulieu
President, Dave Beaulieu Consulting LLC
Dave is a seasoned operations and technology executive, board member and advisor with broad experience in transforming the performance of companies to achieve significant growth and profitability. Dave is known for leading teams to scale companies for growth through talent selection and development, process engineering and automation. He has many experiences in improving underperforming assets and addressing service and quality performance issues. He has worked to move companies in digital transformation by enhancing data acquisition and analytics capabilities and introducing new workforce models.
Prior to forming his consulting firm, Dave held executive positions as COO at Cotiviti; SVP Marketing, Business & Product Development at DST; COO at Amisys-Synertech; Managing Partner for Government Services at First Consulting Group; and many executive & operational roles during his tenure at CIGNA Healthcare. In his roles, Dave has been active in mergers & acquisitions, sales of companies, and public offerings. Dave is a graduate of Bates College.
Founding Partner, Aldrich Capital Partners
Raheel Zia is the founding Partner of ACP. As a serial entrepreneur and investor in health care and technology, he has been involved in scaling operations and growing sales to build large businesses that have enjoyed successful outcomes.
Prior to co-founding Aldrich Capital Partners, Mr. Zia was a Managing Director in the Principal Investment Area (“PIA”) of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he helped launch the growth equity investing practice. Over the course of his private equity investing career, prior to launching Aldrich Capital Partners, he was a part of a team that invested approximately $634 million of capital across 12 growth equity investments from 2003 until August 2014.
Mr. Zia has worked extensively with technology businesses and helped companies in areas such as sales and marketing, channel distribution, acquisitions, new product launches and R&D. Raz was the co-founder and CEO of Knumi, Inc, a mobile application software company that sold solutions to major enterprises. He led the successful sale of the business to Houghton-Mifflin.
