This position is a member of eHealth Technologies’ Operations team and plays a pivotal role in exceeding our customer’s expectations with respect to the accuracy and timeliness in meeting due dates or need by dates. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be focused on reducing the number of errors made by Medical Specialists and helping low performing Medical Specialists to improve their individual attainment and/or quality scores. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be conducting monthly audits of all operations employees’ level 1- assistant manager. The Quality Assurance Specialist is a mid-level position. This position is an integral member of the IT Department. As IT Network and System Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of IT operations projects – specifically deployments and maintenance windows. You will validate and test all production changes to IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team, Software Engineering teams, Software Quality teams, and Operations team to create an IT test plan that includes the dates/times of the maintenance, what is in scope for the maintenance, who will be performing the maintenance, the validation plans for the work being performed – sanity check, recursion test, Operations UAT test. You will be responsible for signing off on the success of a maintenance window. If the maintenance fails you will lead the IT team through the rollback plan and perform sanity check, recursion test, and operations validation test to ensure all systems and technology is operating within parameters. The Human Resources Manager position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our India locations, including assisting the Human Resources Director to drive programs for employee engagement and culture; learning and development; performance management; benefits and total rewards, diversity, equity and inclusion, health and safety, and conflict resolution. The right candidate for this position should have a passion for leading and developing a department within our company with employee culture, performance, and compliance as its focus. Critical thinking and strategic insight will be required. Some travel is required in this role to our local offices throughout India, and potentially to our global office locations as you will collaborate and consult with extended HR team, and business leaders throughout the organization.
