This position is a member of eHealth Technologies’ Operations team and plays a pivotal role in exceeding our customer’s expectations with respect by assisting eHealth Technologies staff receive and utilize training relative to Operational workflows and Customer Service to positively impact clients’ service. The incumbent for this role will work directly with management as well as a team of Operation Specialists to develop and implement training strategies that will influence a positive experience for all Operations staff who directly work with company clients. The Human Resources Manager position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our India locations, including assisting the Human Resources Director to drive programs for employee engagement and culture; learning and development; performance management; benefits and total rewards, diversity, equity and inclusion, health and safety, and conflict resolution. The right candidate for this position should have a passion for leading and developing a department within our company with employee culture, performance, and compliance as its focus. Critical thinking and strategic insight will be required. Some travel is required in this role to our local offices throughout India, and potentially to our global office locations as you will collaborate and consult with extended HR team, and business leaders throughout the organization.

The Medical Outreach Specialist plays a key role in the accomplishment of eHealth Technologies business objectives by providing their customers exceptional value and timely information. The Medical Outreach Specialist – Level 1 is an entry level position. The person will work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented work environment that is guided by and upholds company core values at all times.
As a member of the infrastructure team staff, responds to software problem calls on-site or over the phone for users. Maintains up to date expertise in the operation and application of platform software and a working knowledge of a wide variety of commonly used hardware and software. May coordinate departmental purchases of application software and provide license tracking on all centrally purchased packages.
Software Engineer is responsible for development of products at eHealth technologies. The person will work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented work environment that is guided by and upholds company core values. Under guidance of the Principal Architect, Development Managers, Lead Software Engineers, Software Engineer will develop innovative web-based solutions. This is a hands-on position and the candidate must possess strong technological skills and be able to work as an individual contributor while also providing guidance to others.
